All 5+ points are sources, and of any source you can have good and bad ones, like for example a good book and a bad book.

As long as the source (any kind of) is correct, understandable and helpful to you, it doesn't matter.

What matters is that you write code with your own hands as much as possible, and that you find a way to not forget what you've learned.

Any and all methods are good. what is more important is that you stick to one subject. If you dont understand a concept on one of the platforms, then use another platform to see the issue from another angle.

It depends a lot on who you are. I do well with books and occasional videos. Try out a few and see what makes sense and motivates you. No
one succeeded without motivation
