Can you recommend books for C and C++ languages ?

I have started but I don't have enough source to continue on it. I need books which help to learn efficiently and quickly!

then you must read book which was written by Creator of C itself...C language by Dennis M. Ritchie and Brian W. Kernighan...in 2nd edition of this book author says you don't require a big book inorder to learn C...

Abrorbek Zukhriddinov for c++ i reccomend "C++ for dummies", i used this book myself, you can check my codes if you want (you will understand all that is in my code after reading that book)

Others I've spoken with agree as far as C itself with VEDANG in response "you must read book which was written by Creator of C itself...C language by Dennis M. Ritchie and Brian W. Kernighan...in 2nd edition.."
Haven't read it myself, but web.archive.org/web/20081106175456/http://cm.bell-labs.com/cm/cs/cbook/ nicely describes this classic.
