1) Without knowing the assignment, we can only inspect your code, try to understand what you intended to do, try to find a more efficient way for what we think you wanted to achieve etc.

2) The whole point of competitive programming is to find the most efficient way to solve a problem. Writing a seemingly inefficient code and asking others to optimize it for you contradicts what competitive programming is all about...
