I'm working on how to develop a translation software, and the only piece left is the skill set it requires
Arabic to Yoruba language translation app. https://www.sololearn.com/discuss/1865005/?ref=app

You're fluent with written Arabic and Yoruba, right? You mean that you don't have the software development skills for making a good machine translator, right?
Your link is broken or at least was broken when I tried it. It redirects to https://www.sololearn.com/Discuss.
I could help you get a word for word translation but the results would be very low quality. That would overlook complications like a word having many meanings, grammatical differences between the languages... That could get you started at least.
There are lots of complex techniques and work to make a much better translator such as Google Translate. One thing that helps Google Translate a lot is that they have a large database of human-translated text between both languages. They can heavily process this data to do what is called a statistical translation.
High quality translations are very difficult to get because natural languages are so different from formal languages. They're ambiguous. Every word can have many meanings, grammatical rules are often more like guidelines... Languages also continue to evolve and have small variations even within the same dialect.
