When making a website for someone,

After making a website, u have to buy domain + server to publish the website.

Who takes care of that, (I don't mean who pay for it), I mean after the domain + server is bought, and if the website updates things daily - is it the person who makes the website, or the person that owns the website that take care of the daily updates?

You need a website, you need to register a domain name subscribe a web hosting. You need to pay annual fees for the domain and hosting subscription.

It's also solely your own responsible to take care all the website design, coding and content update.

If you pay the subscription of the domain and hosting, without doing any works on it, your website would be always empty or not exist.

The person who make the website and the person who own the website is always you, not any other person.

If you uploaded but dont update the website, it would be always the same contents.

The money you pay to domain registrar and hosting company. The domain registrar is only responsible to assigned a domain name for you. And responsibilities of your hosting company are setup a web server and allocate a hosting space for you. They would not login to your web folder to edit and update your website contents.

Ginfio it depends the scope of work you have defined between you and someone. You of course can update content for someone. Or you could build a cms for someone to login to update part of the contents such as blog contents.
