Size of HTML image and HTML text.

Question

If I set the size of HTML text to 35px and image width to 35px, will it be of same size on all size of screens

umm, I think so. Ya.

percent is the one that changes the size based on the screen size.
Px is for static, so ... i think it should be the same size on all screens.
