What kind of questions cannot be posted?

One of my questions disappeared so i think it went against the rules

Duplicate, offtopic (not programming or SoloLearn related), self answered, unclear questions. Posts that are no questions at all or are impossible to answer even after editing.
Spam like nonsense, advertising your profile/codes, requests for challenges.
Questions that lead to open ended discussions (what's the best programming language?).

I hope I didn't forget any reason to mark a thread for deletion.
