CSS; why does "help" appear as auto .. correct, when I try to type "height"

Question

I called it auto correct, I don't know what it's (what to call it).
It's when you do this:
.elem {background-color: blue;
he...
}
When you type something it comes up with possible ....___.for example:
If you type " tra ", it comes up with: transition, transform,...

Anyways ... when I try to type height ("he"), it comes up with " height " and " help ".
Is there a thing called " help " in CSS or what ?
Or is just random?

That appears to be random. Though it is a function in other programming languages perhaps it was missed by quality control.
