C++ GUI Creation Basics

Question

How would I go about creating checkboxes and basic sliders in c++ I am new to programming and want to make a small little application on Visual studio 2019 but don’t entirely know c++ if someone could assist me and tell me also how to implement that would be greatly appreciated.
