Is Object-Oriented Programming a Trillion Dollar Disaster?

A well known programmer claims that OOP is a big disaster. It made software harder to create and maintain, and much harder to debug. What do you think? Do you plan to go back from c++ to c?

Oop has its pros and cons. Procedural programming has its pros and cons. You can't escape both styles, learn them both and use them

If oop didnt exist then there will be alots of redundant codes which is not cool in any way. Thanks OOP😊
