It's the best you can do by starting a company by your own.This year's a special budget is also allocated by government to focus and uplift more startups.yeah sometimes it takes some time to settle but maximum 2 years,after you will bloom like anything...I pray that your you get what you want.😀😀

Since you did not mention any name i will urge you to join a startup company rather than settled one...since settug led one already have lakhs of employees like you and me so they don't trust us with more projects but in startup company you will have yo put more amount of work and brain which will help you to acquire more knowledge and after 2 years if you leave that company your payment will be mjnimum 3 times more in any big company.
