How do you write Swift on a non - apple device? Or what should be installed on a windows machine inorder to run Swift?

For non-mac users (esp. WINDOWS).. I want to learn Swift programming, but I'm using a Windows Machine. Is there a workaround for this? Have you successfully developed and tested an IOS app using Windows? Do you write IOS app using SWIFT or something else that's effective? Have you any suggestions/recommendations?
