Shouldn't declined challenges count as won?

When a user challenges another one in the app and makes and gets some/all the answers correct, but the other user declines to do the challenge shouldn't the user that proposed the challenge get that challenge counted as a victory? If we take the examples of sports' events when the other team doesn't go to the match (declines to go or doesn't go for another reason), the one that went wins automatically. What are your thoughts on that?

It can be used as a unfair way to unlock badges & earning xp by challenging inactive users might this is the main reason declined challenges are not counted as win

Hey Gaurav Agrawal , thanks for your reply. I see your point. Actually, the question was more in the line that Omniscient points. I understand that challenging inactive users should not give xp. Not sure if there's a way to know if they have been inactive for a long period, so they don't appear on the suggested list (?). But if they declined by pressing the button, maybe could be interesting to see other options in terms of punctuation. What do you think?
