Why are some of my codes here on SL compatible with my Android 6 LG Tribute but not with my new Android 9 Moto7 ?

Any suggestions on how to correct this issue? The standard meta viewport tag should have handled it across all devices but failed... Researched Android support, stackoverflow, and several other platforms but they all seemed to reference the same meta tag as standard. Css-tricks reference still referenced the meta tag but included @media CSS support... a few others added a js support... Tried them one by one but none seemed to work.

So after hours of researching and several failed attempts ...

As an example on my Android 6 this code works - but not on my Android 9 while this second code works on both...

Yup I literally thought my old code was broke ... or in some the version of a particular language was nolonger supported...

Could someone give me jn scripts where I could control bots, if it was clonss
