What is the proper way to learn coding from basic!???

Question

I'm really getting confused with the process!!!!! I try to study the concept but fail to apply the same !!!and now I'm am beginning with C programming!!!
(Many Languages are thought in clg. But I have no idea about how to learn them or understand and apply the same while coding )
(BTW Im studying in BCA 5Sem)

The best ways is too learn from someplace like coding academy and then find problems to apply your skills to. Download a pdf of a textbook and solve some problems out of it.
