How to make a menu in which my list can be placed?

I want creat a menu in which a list i want to place there. I need help this with html.

You can make a menu using an unordered list, in the elements of which links will be located. Then there will be work with CSS, you remove markers, handwriting from links, adjust indents and work with color.
