Does anybody ever create a face recognition system here?if you did,with which lanhuage?

and also I heard there are some rules that not allow you to publish this system (because of privacy of people),is that right?

not exactly face recognition, but am working on almost similar, fruit detection from images.

using MATLAB. it has some really cool image processing features.
