Do I need to uninstall my existing Sololearn App to be able to download the latest version?

Sonic I don't advise you to download the updated version from unknown channel and external source, when official update released it will be spread among all, but if you can't wait for the update then you can download at your own risk.

D'Lite when I search Sololearn on Google Play Store I don't see an update button and it says that the latest update was April 2019.

If you're downloading from Google Play Store, then all you need do is click the update button and it should automatically download and install the latest version
