Is it important to run django in virtual environment? If yes then why and vice versa. Give reason.

Yes it's important to run it in virtual environments,
So you may run different versions of django on same system.

But it is not neccessary to run django in virtual entertainment. If you have only one django version and you don't have planning to another version of django. Then it's ok without virtual entertainment.
