How can i raise complaint in sololearn..?

I am facing so many issues in sololearn app...so i want to complaint of that issues... But no one contact us section found on this app... So please tell me how can i complaint..?

While i have purchased sololearn pro... From that time i am unable to use many features what i was using on simple sign up...
Main feature : what is my ranking in india... That feature i am unable to see, many time it's show "no internet connection" but here i am using 25mbps wifi

Remove and install the App again! It should work! Clear the temp files.

Hello I made payment for one month subscription and I was even debited more than the actual amount and its still showing I haven't paid,please can somebody help me with that
