Where should you practice the things you've learned? It's a good thing you realized that practice is key. It depends on what you want to practice on. If you want to train your logical thinking skills in JS, try one of these sites listed by Maz in this thread.

If you want to practice your overall web building skills, take a look at project suggestions by the community, and pick up one of those project that you feel is an adequate challenge.

This really is all up to you and how well you pick up on the details and concepts in the languages you wish to pursue... some faster than others.
I can say though the more you stay on SoloLearn and study what 2) w3schools & w3resources have and 3) follow what others are doing and saying here and from other forums... then you should be growing well as a developer ... but it is all up to you.
