JavaScript & Css before bootstrap?

Should I learn pure JavaScript and CSS before learn bootstrap?

I suggest you to learn Bootstrap after JavaScript and CSS. You need to have basic knowledge of these else you'll end up messing around. Though JavaScript isn't that much necessary but you atleast need to understand the working.
If you don’t know CSS, you won’t understand why Bootstrap’s tools work the way they do, and you won’t know how to debug the issues you encounter.
If you don’t know JavaScript, you won’t understand why Bootstrap’s tools work the way they do, and you won’t know how to debug the logical issues you encounter.
So if you're done with HTML, then go on to CSS, then JavaScript, then JQuery and finally Bootstrap.
