Which is better? HTML or CSS?

Ifediba Victor I'm curious... as you are most likely new to anything related to programming and you're going through the early motions of taking it all in, trying to learn about HTML tags and CSS selectors and reading, watching videos, maybe even practicing along the way...
At what point does the question pop into your mind wondering about which is "better" between the two?
I can't even recall a time when I would ever contemplate a value assessment between these two thinking of one being "better" than the other.
I'm just asking because it might help me be a better mentor to others who are trying to make sense of these concepts for the first time.

I primarily mentor in the following areas:
1. Full stack software development across multiple languages and platforms.
2. Enterprise Architecture
3. Coding fundamentals
4. Agile Methodologies
5. Tech Startups
6. Interviewing for a job.
I'm sure there is more. 😉
I'm not sure what you mean by studying English.
I've never charged anyone I've mentored. I do it because I enjoy it.
I actually wish I had free time. My time on SL is a tiny fraction of the many things I juggle IRL. If you knew me, you would think I'm insane for how much I manage at any given time. I do need to cut back in SL though. It can get too much at times. 😉

David Carroll I'm about one year in, and have since shifted my focus from web dev to Java and Android development, but I remember early (i.e. day one or two) impressions of CSS similar to how you eventually come to view Javascript frameworks. Initially thinking that CSS was something of a flashier way to design websites, rather than a compliment to the HTML. Again, just an impression gleamed from day one, but you eventually see how HTML/CSS/Javascript work together, rather than each being an individual design approach competing for your time/attention.
I think the biggest worry for beginners is thinking they'll waste time learning "the thing over here" and feel instead they should be focused on "the thing over there" not realizing it's all time spent learning the same thing. My two cents anyway.

First,HTML Is Markup Language For Making Websites Look
Second,CSS Is Just For Adding Style And Graphical Design For HTML Webpage Look,It Does Not Make Websites Without HTML And Even Javascript
Third,By Mean You Need Both Also With Javascript Cause HTML5 Doesn't Perform Any Backend Or Frontend Actions Cause HTML5 Is Like Text But Makes Forms Of A Webpage.

will Thank you so much for that enlightening insight. I don't think I would ever have imagined this scenario on my own.
It says a lot about you to be able to share this with such honest transparency. I have a strong feeling you're going to get far in this profession. 😉🙏

Always. But it's difficult to do online and with too many people. But yes, I have a few people at any given time who I personally mentor.
