Open a file manager, find the html file and double click. Or right click -> Open with -> Google Chrome

Additionally to Paul's answer, also make sure the necessary .css and .js files are linked in the html document and be accessible. Otherwise the document may not display as intended, or some functionalities will be missing. 👍
