Are Java and Javascript Same? If not, Which one is better to learn and which of them is good for which category?

Java is for android development and Javascript is for web development.
There is no comparison between them because they are used for two different purposes.
About which one is easier I don't really know about it but you don't have to look for what is easier but what you think is better for you.

I think JavaScript is easier to learn, but SoloLearn's JavaScript tutorial requires some knowledge on HTML.
