Which software i should prefer to create android apps ?

If you don't know the IDE available, Android Studio will be a very steep way to your App. Overwhelming for beginners. Since you'll probably start with simple apps I suggest you move your fist step in App Inventor (very simple - drag & drop) https://ai2.appinventor.mit.edu/ and/or the Processing IDE ( more advanced - real coding) https://processing.org By the time you'll get to the limits of this two IDEs you'll have a better knowledge base to tackle Android Studio.

Saying software is a little broad. If you meant to say programming language then you should learn Java. If you meant to say IDE then you should use Android Studio.
