Input after Question

Question

Is there a way on SoloLearn Python where you can print a message asking something (e.g. What does 2 + 2 equal to?), and then it will wait a little bit.
After it waits and gives the user time to read, it will ask the user to input their solution. Is there a way to do this?

I tried and it would only ask you for an input, then print the question and your answer immediately.
