There seems to be a theme here: Can language X be learned by a N year old (Girl | Boy).

She can learn any programming language. Just get her some learning resources like videos from YouTube (e.g. introduction to ___ language, etc.) and some ebooks to get started.

I am 15 years old and have developed 3 Android apps that are available in Google Play Store. (One of them:- https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.Sujal_Industries.SelfEmot ) I started learning C++ and then Java about 4 - 5 years ago...(I know that you won't believe so). Coming to your question:- "YES, anyone can learn to code at any age applied that he/she has some interest in it."

In my opionion programming is just another art which can be mastered regardless of gender, age and even level of eduaction. Speaking of programmers we are just like singer, actors but our playground is computer terminal

Yep. 14. Not great at it, but good enough to probably get a resolve from cs class.

Ask your child what type of programs she wants to write first: whether it will be sites or mobile apps or games. Then according to answer provide her with corresponding programing language and resources.

If she's really interested, yes. I'm currently learning Java and I'm 14. I'd suggest her starting with Python, I started learning it when I was 12.

Whatever the programming language that she learn doesn't matter if the purpose is to learn to program because all programming language share a same concept. Java is a good start because it's force her to write an application in detail about everything

I learned Java when I was 14, but I already had some experience with Python. I think it would be possible to start out with Java, but it would probably be helpful if she could learn something a bit simpler like Python or Javascript first to get used to some of the concepts with the easier syntax of those languages.
