To add to BlauerMond's answer, if you can't find a goal worth motivating yourself for, you should stop wasting your time. Programming takes everything you can give it and more so, if you don't love it, don't do it.

Procrastination happens when you don't know what you are aiming for, or when you are unsure about the topic that you are learning.

Then your brain to wants to be in a place that it knows. For example on YouTube, Facebook whatever.

What do you want to reach? Write it on a big paper and read it loud.

Then just start...

Its hard sometimes but in the end it will payout.
