Learning to troubleshoot

Question

I've been coding for a while now and have learned a few languages but I find myself lacking when something on the computer doesn't work - for example, a USB isn't being accepted or the computer wont boot up something small like that.

I was just wondering if there's anywhere I could learn how to troubleshoot Windows or Mac or Linux or is it just something that has to be achieved through years of experience with computers?

Troubleshooting is very broad so search engines are your tools my friend. You'll learn as you do it.
