Kind of random but is Solo Learn planning on adding any new courses? Like Bootstrap, Angular, etc.?

Before I answer your question on future updates, just some notes on your examples of courses to be included.

Bootstrap and Angular are not one of the official SoloLearn languages in the sense that you get a certificate when you complete the course.
There are however user generated courses.
