When does our submission gets approved or declined . I have submitted 5 questions 1 month ago and they are not yet approved .

Neither approved nor declined their is no response related to it yet. It has been 1 month. This is too annoying.
And can anyone tell the basis on which these are approved or declined.

It may take months. I have some which are 4/5 months old.
