What does SoloLearn uses in the backend to run the codes from playground?

Question

I'm curious about what technologies/libraries support running multiple languages in the code playground. Is it something that I can download from like Github or something and try it out?

The thing that sparked this question is the fact that python, ruby, c# allow receiving parameters; while I cant find a way to pass params to php via $_GET or $_POST.
