arty I guess best way to see who are indulge in challenges is search by random on challenge page in C# language and then see whom that user are playing challenges in this way you can challenge other in C# who are actively playing challenges.

One more way go to website of sololearn and search the xp by language and find highest xp in C# and start challenging that user and those who playing challenges with that user
