If you mean a design, you can choose a color pallete, if you are themed for coding for example, focus mainly on that. Don't use "wacky" fonts, use something simple but beatiful, i reccomend Google Fonts for choosing a font. In these days you can benefit from simplistic and perfectionistic design. I don' know what else to say, look at examples, download example code, experiment

Thank you for your suggestions. I'm doing more research to be able to code in the background. I want my own web theme. I need to look at examples like you said.
