How to build logic in mind?

I know the syntax but don't know how to solve difficulty level

There are many coding websites like CodeChef, HackerRank. Visit them.
I used codechef once, it contains a lot of problems of different difficuilty levels. Choose your language and solve them.

The best way to build logical skills is to practice aptitude according to me and to practice coding more and more.
More you practice, more your logical skills are developed. Solving brain teasers, playing brain games, solving aptitude also helps in building your logical skills.
