Your course progress says you haven't completed CSS. Even if you complete HTML ,CSS courses on SL it'll not be enough.

Make sure you have really understood what you read in lessons. After all you have just one single code that says nothing of what you have learned. Not trying to criticize just remember to practice.

Learn more about HTML semantics. SL HTML course explains that poorly. Consider using another resources like MDN.

SL CSS course is good but , again not enough. Try to learn about css features that aren't explained here. Visit csstricks website and obviously MDN documentation.

Learn CSS flexbox and grid.

Then you can consider learning Javascript.
