What I do is to remember the manual web page link. Its much more reliable than my memory.

try and try more code in pc

Write important codes and functions in a paper.
Try making many basic programs with the codes until the codes stay in your mind.

just keep coding in lap/comp....dont practice by writing.... first understand the things... dont be in hurry....
