Function for dictionary

Why it is not adding new data to existing dictionary? Please, if anybody can explane

I don’t think you can add onto the library because they are on the servers of sololearn
try this code on your computer to see whether or not the code is broken.

Brave Tea It is, i brought it here only for a question, i don't cod in sololearn, i use pycharm. But it showes None as a result
