why this code is Time Out

Question

It works fine but you are performing about on 100,000 numbers. So it's depends on networks speed, capacity, free space ...
I run it upto 99 value..
Hit the run button, again n again 5 or more times, you may get once...
But why need that much?
So run upto 50 polindroms...

It works fine but not for 100 palindromes(it takes to long to calculate, it is a limitation in sololearn). It tried it with 30 and that worked fine.
