in my city...when people got to know that I like programming,they laughed it off .....they used to tell me that its not a girl thing...
why?????
girls like me who loves to code, loves gadgets and technology...don't underestimate yourself...

I don't know why do they say that, usualy when people say something about gender in work it's because it needs some physical effort or something like that.

i've there in same situation like you.., they said that programming is too hard for a girl but i dont care what they say, i just do what i like. and the first programmer is a women. she's name is ada king(countess lovelace)

Well, many people will say that if you live in South Asia or any middle East country.
But you can see that , the first computer programmer was a woman named Ada Lovelace. She invented computer programming. So it is not shame to work with programming stuff as a woman at all.

Well, I just found this on trending, kinda late, anyway, my storytelling, I (male) joined a team of 8 people, three of them were ladies, and during work I found these ladies to be helpful, especially when I'm losing my brain over a problem, got stuck, one of them, each in turn always came up with an idea, somehow I believe ladies are more through and careful on observations, in terms of code, so my respect for all lady coders everywhere.

One more thing, if one has no respect for women they are actually disgrace their own mother, which is so low. The thought of gender discrimination is "So Yesterday"
