I know nothing about Satellite Network structures. I imagine that your principal java Class must be Stellitae and the must have attributes like type of orbital, velocity and current position. You will need the math about this. You mybe have terrestial stations, signals and stuff like that in other classes.

I supose you are making a class exiercice but your question is too broad.
