Anyone here to team up and develop a better custom cloud storage ? As in a different Web apps most probably a Website.

Question

I'm here looking for someone with a better background in developing a frontend for Cloud storage platform , the purpose of our project will be Securing files on cloud , encrypting it , Compressing it for minimum space and again decrypting it to the users for retrieval of file. I haven't thought about how ? When and where ? But by creating a great front end for this platform looks like a start for me,
anyone who would have any idea about how I should be creating all this please ping me up It would be a great help but yes For the website's front end i'd needing someone with me So yes do ping me up .
