Can anyone help me to build a phonebook using html, css and javascript?

Question

The phonebook takes name and number as input by clicking on a button as 'Add Entry' then displays the list of names with phone numbers when we click on a button 'Show all contacts'.

Yes. Many of us. Show your code. So that that people can figure out where is problem in code. So that people can help.
But if you are giving assignment. I think no one is going to do that.
