What do I need to run programming languages like Python, Java, Ruby, Kotlin in my Windows7 pc??

For java and Kotlin u need a jvm

If you want to code you also need an IDE. Eclipse is multilingual.
For app development it depends on what kind of app.

for java you'll need to download jdk.
