Node.js or ASP.NET Core

Question

For developing a web project with AngularJs for frontend, what is best to use for backend: Node.js or ASP.NET Core?

Also, what database can I use?

I would prefer Node.js in this case, with MySQL or Oracle. Asp.net is old, slow, and I personally despise it. Others may have differing opinions.
