Sketchware is what I started with before i even learnt anything about coding.... very easy drag and drop app development... I moved from Sketchware because I am more interested in cross platform development whilst Sketchware is made for Android OS... http://sketchware.io/

I think you can build Android apps from your Android phone itself but you can't upload your app on paystore.Apps like Android Aide and Anacode are for learning android programming.

So, if your code works as desired, test it (compile) and get an .apk out of it, you can then publish this APK in the Google Play Store.

If you want to write an app for an Android, the first thing you need is "Android Studio". With the help of so called views you create your interfaces with which you want to interact, but you also have to define program code for each view, which tells what each view should do. It's like in Windows Forms or WPF ;)

There some websites which are like cordova but extremely easy to use. If you just provide a hello world html code to them then they will immediately send you an apk of the code. I tried one of those. Doesn't work perfectly but ok if you just want get an apk and start so called Android development.

You can't build an Android application from within your phone, you need a computer to do so, and to build Native Android App you need to learn java and build it using Android Studio.
