Please I want to install tensorflow on my computer but I can't

When I try to install tensorflow it show me a message like "could not install the requirement" or something like that, so tell me how can I fix this problem

Isn't
pip install tensorflow
working?

Maybe
python -m pip install tensorflow
or
py -m pip install tensorflow

(Tensorflow is available on SoloLearn tho)

pip install tensorflow doesn't work so I'll try "Python -m pip install tensorflow"
