There is no best way. There are all sorts of sources, and they can all work. Don't waste your time obsessing about which is 'best'.

This is more about you investing the necessary work. That means: Study and write code. As long as you're writing programs, gradually increasing in complexity, you're doing fine.

Sololearn's teaching material, as long as you don't know it yet, will help you increase your knowledge just as a lot of other sources could, and you an easily write and run a lot of web code here.
