It will take years for you to be able to create a mobile game. I am not complete certain but I'm pretty sure this is the way:
First, master some languages to be able to develop a game. Look here: https://www.sololearn.com/faq/#q1
Second, you should get a team because it is almost impossible to create a game by yourself (other than Undertale which one person made by himself and even that he got a little help at)

Right now, you can practice by making some codes or engage in challenges.
